I had a wonderful experience with Kane's Heating and Air from beginning to end. I initially spoke with Marissa, who was outstanding, funny, polite, and helpful. She set up the appointment with Tom. Tom came out; he was very informative, very polite, and scheduled our service. Tom came out at the beginning to check on us and came back towards the end to make sure everything got wrapped up neatly. I would definitely recommend them in the future for anyone else who is looking for fair, affordable, friendly, and professional service. I forgot the gentleman's name who installed our mini split. I do know they work out of the Hutto location, but they were outstanding as well. It just slipped my mind. I know the son's name is Cole; he works with his father. I just can't remember his name right now, but they too were very friendly, very professional, and they worked very quickly.
