I requested service on the morning of April 8, 2025, for the afternoon time frame. Adrian and Robert showed up on the requested date around 1 pm, inspected my system, educated me, and provided me with options (maintenance plan, hard start kit, etc.) without any pressure to purchase. I appreciate that they weren't trying to sell me. Adrian and Robert got my system back on track, checked to ensure the system components were operational, and answered all my questions in a way that I could fully understand. Both Adrian and Robert were very professional and honest. I'll consider Kane's for continued servicing and when the time comes to replace the system.
