Great service as they handled various challenges in our old house to properly and successfully install the new units. Some hiccups with the salesperson, but the crew, managers, and company owner stepped up and provided a fantastic service. Well done!! Thank you for your support. Kane Heating and Air were phenomenal at every level. Their comfort specialist, technician, and operator/installers were all top-notch. Frank and Roberto installed my new compressor this morning and not only were they professional and knowledgeable but they were extremely courteous. They saw our 5-month-old and without even saying anything they were completely quiet and made every move with such courtesy that she didn’t wake up from her naps once while they were working.

These folks always go above and beyond. They installed my new unit a couple of years ago and have completed my biannual check-ups ever since, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. From the receptionist to the service techs to the owner, everyone is the friendliest you'll ever encounter. The big plus that you won't find at big box stores is you get the same service tech every visit! Tyler is the best! Kudos to all of you!

I had a great experience with this company. Tyler and his colleague were very professional and explained the issue with the unit and offered options. Tom came to our house and explained the process and options of replacing the unit. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I learned a lot. Gary and Colin installed the new system and again explained the functions. The entire team is professional and very knowledgeable.

Won't disappoint—Kane Heating & AC Aug 8, 2023

I cannot tell you enough about our experience with Kane Heating and A/C. For the fantastic sales team, I'd like to mention and thank Tom Bell and Adam. Tom went above and beyond with explaining the difference and advantages of each model they sell. He helped us get an affordable payment plan on the financing and scheduled our installation date and time within minutes of our loan approval. The process was fast but very efficient as well. The installation was done by Tyler and Roberto. I was very impressed with the teamwork and professionalism they displayed. They removed our old HVAC system and prepared for the new system. We had taken advantage of Kane's promotion and had new copper lines installed also. The installation only took a couple of hours to complete, and they did an excellent job. Our new Lennox HVAC system not only looks beautiful, but its performance is incredible. We were without A/C for almost 72 hours, and the inside temperature of our house was 97° when they turned on our new system. Within 45 minutes, it was 83°, and in an hour and twenty minutes, our house was chilling at 74°. We are so glad we found Kane Heating and Air Conditioning at the top of our Google search and will tell anyone that needs repairs or installation to go no further than Kane because they won't disappoint. Thank you again for everything, and we look forward to working with y'all in the future.
